Waverly Internal Medicine reserves the right to charge $100 for a missed appointment that is not cancelled 24 hours in advance with our receptionist. Appointment Confirmation PolicyNew patient appointments booked online will be confirmed by our receptionist. Please provide a contact number online that you check regularly. If we cannot confirm the appointment within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
